Chocolate peanut butter banana Shakeology :)

The title says it all! I commonly refer to the combination of chocolate, peanut butter, and banana as the “holy trifecta” because they just go so well together. The problem is, peanut butter had a TON of calories. It’s “good fat,” yes, but when you’re watching your caloric intake it’s a source of protein that often gets the boot. I’d heard of PB2 powdered peanut butter (so much less fat!) but couldn’t find it anywhere…until this week (thanks Walmart! Knew you were good for something)! My “recipe” is one whole banana, 1/4 cup (2 servings) PB2 (adding an extra 10g protein!) and one scoop chocolate Shakeology with 4 oz any kind of milk for a thick shake (can add more liquid to make it your own). I also threw in a handful of spinach and a pinch of turmeric for added health benefits. Using one serving (2 tbsp) peanut butter instead would make this shake 500 calories with 28g protein (using 1% milk hour I make it). With PB2 instead, this shake has 400 calories and 31g protein! Great for a pre or post workout snack, breakfast, lunch, dinner……
